A wordless studio morning. Open on the finished surface in macro, already moving. Then three quiet phone clips of the making. Close on the surface with one line of text. No voice, no talking head, no fast cuts.

What to film (phone, no crew)
Natural window light, vertical, 30 fps, phone propped on a cup or a stack of books. Tap to focus once. Do not zoom. Hold each shot 8 to 10 seconds.
- Hands mixing pigment or plaster in a bowl, shot from above, elbows out of frame.
- The knife or trowel dragging across the surface, low side angle so the ridges catch the light.
- A slow pan across the finished piece on the wall, walking speed, one direction only.
- One sharp still photo of the finished piece, straight on. This photo is the only thing the AI pass touches.
The AI step
Photo 4 is cropped to 9:16 and sent to an image-to-video model (Seedance 2 mini, 720p, 5 seconds) with one prompt: a slow macro drift, soft window light moving across the ridges, fine dust, no new objects, no text. Every second of the returned clip is checked against the photo. The ridges must not melt or slide, no new shapes may appear, and the colour must hold. A failed pass is discarded and the Reel is cut with local motion instead.
The wall is hers. The light is generated. Everything else in the Reel is her real footage.
This cut: the 3 to 8 second drift is the second generated attempt. The first was rejected at the gate (the surface was repainted and a wall edge appeared). The second holds the pattern, framing and colour under a moving light, with the finest strokes softened, and that is what the sample uses.
Hook
where the surface begins
Alternatives: "made by hand, mostly plaster and patience" or "this took four days to dry". Closing line: "Surface Study 01" plus "available" or "sold", whichever is true.
Caption

Music
Quiet, no lyrics under the text. From Buffer's trending sounds list (updated September 3, 2026): "Yummy Little Day" by emilogue, used for cozy crafting and day-in-the-life clips, or "Less than a lover" by JENNIE, dreamy, 221K+ Reels. If neither is still trending on posting day, use the room tone from clip 2 with the knife sound brought up. The sample itself is silent.
Capability boundary
This sample shows a still photograph turned into motion. Replacing hands, objects, backgrounds or text inside her footage is a separate capability and is not demonstrated.
